The Scott County Fair is touted as the five best days of summer.
Exhibit buildings and outdoor booths are open daily from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, July 25, and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. July 26-28, and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, July 29.
The carnival opens at 4 p.m. on Wednesday and at 1 p.m. each other day.
There will be marionettes, horses, food, dog competitions, live music, 4-H competitions and presentations, a tug of war, a celebrity milking contest, and much more.
At 7 p.m. Wednesday, Supercross racing takes place in the grandstand.
At 7 p.m. Thursday, the tractor and pickup pull takes place in the grandstand.
There will be demolition derbies in the grandstand, beginning at 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 3 p.m. on Sunday.
At 9 p.m. Saturday, the battle of the bands begins at Entertainment Square.
